Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://digilib.icpac.net/SOURCES/.ENACTS/.version0/.CIPH/.CSMT/.TempCondProb/%5BT%5D0.0/maxover/%5BY+%5Daverage/%5BX+%5Drmsaover/dods')
