Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://digilib.icpac.net/SOURCES/.ENACTS/.version0/.dekadal/.rainfall/.SPI_1_dekad/%5BT%5Ddifferences/%5BT/X%5D0.0/minover/%5BY%5D0/detrend-bfl/dods')
