Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://digilib.icpac.net/SOURCES/.ENACTS/.version0/.dekadal/.rainfall/.SPI_1_dekad/%5BT%5Ddifferences/%5BX%5Daverage/%5BT/Y%5D0.0/maxover/dods')
