Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://digilib.icpac.net/SOURCES/.ENACTS/.version0/.monthly/.rainfall/.spi/X+differences/%5BX+%5Ddetrend-bfl/%5BY+X+%5Dmaxover/dods')
