Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://digilib.icpac.net/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Africa/.Districts/country_na/feature_id+exch/feature_id+differences/2+index/.label/3+index/.the_geom/4+index/.dist_na/dist_na/dods')
