Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://digilib.icpac.net/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Africa/.Districts/cptv10/.dist_na/feature_id+partial/%5Bfeature_id+%5Daverage/1+index/.the_geom/the_geom/3+index/.label/dods')
